Whether a visitor to Grace Community Church or a regular attendee - we care about you!
Our Ministry is devoted to caring for the people of Grace Community Church. Serving as an umbrella ministry, we work to meet the needs of the body by connecting the right ministry groups to the needs being expressed. Our goal is to reach out to visitors, be aware of current prayer requests and concerns, and meet the needs of the body as they arise.
Be the hands and feet of Jesus to those in need through one of our community outreaches.
